After I made my list I hung this list up on my shower mirror and also on my refrigerator door. I wanted each day to see my reasons for changing my behavior this helped a lot since quitting smoking is a decision one has to establish everyday. Before you stop smoking you have to suspect there will be times when you will error but in the times past that I slipped, I just accepted failure and started smoking full steam ahead. This time if I backslid and bought a pack of cigarettes or smoked one I begged from a friend I allowed myself forgiveness for not being perfect and started right back up.
